With over 20 years of diverse experience across education, leadership development, church administration, and organizational transformation, Coach Kehinde is widely respected for his results-driven, faith-anchored approach to personal and professional growth. 

As the Founder and CEO of Optimize2Lead Connect, he leads a dynamic leadership development company committed to equipping leaders at all levels with the tools, strategies, and mindset necessary for high performance and sustainable impact. His programs blend strategic coaching, executive mentoring, and interactive training workshops, all tailored to real-world leadership challenges. Educational & Professional Background Kehinde holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Nottingham, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. 

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC-Nigeria) and a certified coach, speaker, and trainer with the prestigious John Maxwell Leadership Team. He has also earned executive education certifications from both the Harvard Business School Online and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where he specialized in School Management and Leadership.
